Congratulations on reaching this achievement! Tomorrow, six different teams will be crowned CHAMPION for the 2025 football season. Let’s finish strong and represent with pride — both on and off the field.

🏆 Awards

GMYS custom is to only award team trophies & MVPs on Championship Day.
A separate GMYS HONORS CEREMONY for the champions will be hosted later (date TBD).

All awards and photos will be done on the track, not on the field.
We will honor the Runner-Up first, then the Champion.

➡️ Head Coaches: Be prepared to select an MVP from your winning team for recognition on the field.

🕒 Player Arrival Times

🚫 Do not arrive earlier than 10:30 AM — the school has an event before our games.

Flag 10:30 AM —
8U 11:00 AM —
9U 12:00 PM —
10U 1:30 PM —
12U 2:30 PM —
14U 4:30 PM —

Each team will get time inside for a pre-game speech.
Teams will not share indoor space — once you exit, you cannot re-enter.
Parents and siblings must remain in the stadium during this time.

After check-in:
• Home Teams → Tennis Courts (near bathrooms)
• Away Teams → Practice Field (near entrance)
Stretch and warm up as a team. You’ll be directed when to enter the stadium.

🚫 Rules & Restrictions
• No team snacks or meals inside — only water or Gatorade.
• No food on Fordson tracks.
• Any food or team celebration must happen outside from vehicles.

🧑‍🏫 Coaches & Staff Credentials
• Regular badges do not grant access on Championship Day.
• Each team must submit a list of 10 names (per team) by Friday, 10/24/25 at 9 PM.
• Only those 10 will receive sideline wristbands at check-in.
• All others are spectators and must pay the $10 admission fee.

Each organization may also include these five roles on their list:
President, Vice President, Athletic Director, Cheer Coordinator, and Medical Staff.

After your game, your entire staff must clear the field immediately.
Credentials are team-specific and valid only during your game.
No siblings or extra youth on sidelines.

The 10 Championship Volunteers & Players will enter through a separate gate.

🧤 Super Bowl Game Day Reminder – Dress for Success & the Weather!

It’s going to be cold — bundle up and look unified!

✅ Dress Code & Weather Prep:
• Layer up! Base layers, hoodies, jackets.
• Multiple pairs of socks to stay warm.
• Vaseline on exposed skin (face, ears, hands) to block wind.
• Team colors only! Stay matching for all photos and media coverage.
• There will be lots of cameras on the field — let’s look sharp, proud, and unified as one team!
