📝 Player Tournament Registration — REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS

Every player must register in the tournament system, even if they played for the Braves this season.

🎟️ Spectator Tickets (Discounted if purchased by Wednesday)

For ALL spectators attending the tournament.
No badges this weekend — everyone must purchase a ticket, except 5 coaches & 2 chain crew volunteers.
If you want to work chain crew, contact a coach before the trip.

🏠 Housing & Team Placement

We have secured 4 Airbnbs within 1 block of each other, and just 1 block from the game fields.
• Players assigned by age group & team
• Coaches and assigned chaperones in each home
• Safety, supervision, and structure will be strictly upheld

🎒 What Players MUST Bring

Please do NOT rely on kids to pack their own equipment — double check it.

✔ Football Gear
• Full football equipment (helmet, pads, uniform, cleats, mouthpiece, etc.)
• Football gloves (optional, but recommended)

🥶 Weather & Clothing

Kids will be playing outdoors — warm layers are mandatory:
• Long johns / thermals
• Compression shirt & hoodie
• Extra warm layer for sidelines
• 2–3 pairs of socks per day
• 2 regular clothing outfits

If equipment is forgotten, your child may miss games. We are out of state, so nothing can be replaced last minute.

🍽️ Food & Snacks

We will provide:
🍳 Breakfast • 🥪 Lunch • 🍽️ Dinner • 🌙 Late Snack
Plus additional food and snacks stocked in each Airbnb.

If your child is a heavy eater or has specific preferences, send extra snacks or spending money.
Players need fuel — teams may play 3–4 games this weekend.

Each team will have a group chat for parents attending the tournament.

Being at games at the designated check-in times is mandatory for player eligibility.

🚌 Travel Plan – VERY IMPORTANT

We are traveling to Canton, Ohio — approximately 3 hours & 10 minutes from Ypsilanti (not including traffic or stops).

We depart Friday.
Exact departure times per team will be announced by Wednesday.

⛔ Please be ON TIME.
We cannot delay departure — late players risk being left behind.

• Friday from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (in Canton, Ohio)
• Entire team must check in together
Arriving late may result in your child being ruled ineligible to play.
